APBreak: Winfrey settles Pa. insult suit

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Lawyers for Oprah Winfrey contend the speak show host has staid a Philadelphia insult legal case filed by the ex-headmistress of her girls propagandize in South Africa.

The legal case by former headmistress Nomvuyo Mzamane claimed Winfrey defamed her in remarks done in the arise of a 2007 sex-abuse liaison at the school.

The headmistress pronounced she had difficulty anticipating a pursuit after. A hearing had been set to begin subsequent week.

A corner matter expelled Tuesday by lawyers for both sides says Winfrey and Mzamane met "woman to woman" and resolved their differences.

The dorm matron, Tiny Virginia Makopo, has pleaded not guilty to fourteen charges

Winfrey and multiform schoolgirls were approaching to attest at the insult trial.
